Worked great for the first 4.5 years but it ended up with an intermittent failure to power on. Luckily its covered by insurance for a while longer. Really a nice product though love the features and capabilities the look and its very quiet

Dishwasher did not function properly the first week. It would not start and would just count down then flash 00. LG came out and made some adjustments. It worked fine most of the time but still would not start on occasion. I just dealt with it.. Then right after my extended warranty ended it completely stopped working again. I contacted LG for assistance and was given no help even after I explained that it was the same original problem. I was sold a lemon. Unfortunately the rest of my appliances are LG as well.. I will not be purchasing any more LG appliances.

dishwasher doesnt do a thing. Doesnt clean any dish ware. the track of the cart doesnt even sit in the dishwasher. This is by far the worst dishwasher to have ever been made. It does absolutely nothing. It is a waste of space. Everyone should be refunded their money.

We bought the LG line of products for our kitchen about 2 years ago. The microwave worked one time literally and we had to replace it which Lowes handled for us the refrigerator started to make a machine gun sound and even with proof it took LG over a year to replace it. The dishwasher has had a heating element replaced about 3 weeks ago and is already showing the HE code again needing yet another heating element. It also keeps showing error of a leak where there is no leak. LG has been no help they dont respond to claims unless you stay on the phone for days at a time over a course of months I guess this is their way of making you give up. I am giving 2 stars only because look is stylish and designs are very functional but mechanically these items are junk

After 4 flawless years of operation My LG Electronic DW failed to start. When the door was closed the DW just kept blinking without a sound. After calling the LG excellent customer service center I was able to do a hard reset and with the next close of the door I was back to washing dishes. It was the excellent advice of the LG service center that led me to a simple permanent solution to this flawless appliance. i was guided to inspect the door close switch electrical switch to be sure the unit was receiving a close signal. Sure enough the electrical microswitch was not making consistent contact when the door was closed. therefore the DW did not recognize a true start signal. Now I have a working knowledge to maintain the reliable operation of the best DW I have ever owned all thanks to the excellent customer support that LG offers to everyone. Great appliances and a service center geared to assisting all owners. Way to go LG

I bought new LG appliances when I remodeled my kitchen. They perform extremely well and look beautiful. My dishwasher is not working properly and I have tried several times to reach customer service for a repair. I bought a five year extended warranty. I wish someone could reach out to me for repair. I am very disappointed.

Have owned this dishwasher for 4 years now and it has been constant problems since about year 2. The unit will refuse to turn on about 20 of the time until you restart it 10-15+ times. The dishwasher will also randomly shut off and start continuously beeping mid-cycle another 20 of the time. Its infuriating. I own all LG kitchen appliances and laundry machines. I will definitely be looking at a different brand going forward.

After 3yrs incurring 2 service calls the control panel failed - according to the Tech performing the repair this is a known issue with condensation on the board resulting in failure. This issue could have been resolved easily by coating the board with a protective water resistant material.
