Damaged unit delivered from LG

I previously bought three Washtowers from Home Depot and all were delivered damaged. They all had dents behind the washing machine where the motor is located. I sent them all back and decided to order directly from LG. Guess what? It came damaged as well. It was dented down one side and the bottom corner of the washing machine was dented too. I dont know if the material is sub-par packing poor or warehouses negligent in their handling. After ordering four damaged units in a row delivered from two different warehouses Im now waiting for refunds for unit #3 from Home Depot and #4 from LG. Old saying I should have listened to is Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Its now almost two months and I still dont have a washer and dryer. I would suggest you NOT order this unit until they can get a handle on the reason theyre all being delivered damaged.
