Great product features horrible service from LG

We bought this washer and dryer combo since the combo style with the panel location in the middle was attractive and practical for me being on the shorter side. Also love that we are able to load all our clothes and bedding in one go since the drum is a pretty big size despite the machine itself being on the smaller end. Being able to connect to the app to know when a cycle is done is also convenient. Unfortunately the product might be great but delivery and service was not great. We purchased this during a holiday sale but we were still in the middle of our home remodel then so we couldnt test out the machine. When we did past 30 days we found out that the product was physically damaged and would shake violently and loudly during the spin cycle. We called LG to take a look and we were willing to pay as long as the machine was fixed. But the LG service guy said they cant do anything and that we can try to get a third-party to fix the entire bottom part but its unlikely well find one. Plus we were past 30 days so the warranty for parts is over. So basically we have no option for a fix on a $2K machine that was barely used. That is horrible customer service for such a big company for an expensive product. Im giving 3 stars since the washer and dryer itself is great minus the shaking and noise but LG needs to do better with looking after its customers. How is it possible that they cant give us a fix for a machine they supposedly built? Just be cautious and read the fine prints on your warranty.

No delay wash function

I work nights and used the delay wash function in my previous LG washers so that the cycle would end when i woke up. This model has no delay function. I am so disappointed

Its been a long time coming but we finally got this new washer/dryer unit and it is a huge improvement over our old unit - quieter bigger drum cheerful music at the end of the cycle. The only drawback is the dryer sometimes leaves things a bit damp but were still figuring out the setting.

This is our first LG appliance that we have and we work it like a dog. The washing options and drying options are very plentiful. I catch the wife operating the appliance from her phone and laughing because Im old fashioned and like to use the control panel. The machine has not had one hiccup at all and fit our application perfectly and moving the washer to the second floor out side the master bedroom it is a very quite and solid machine Its our new Mercedes parked up stairs.
